One Serving Chocolate Cake in 2 Minutes!
Eggland’s best published this one cup chocolate cake recipe in a magazine I was reading the other night. By the time we were done making individual cakes (because everybody wanted one), I could have made a whole cake. Having said that, though, this was really yummy and way more fun. Give it a try! Did you grease the mug first or jsut mixed it up in a “naked” mug? What size mug did you use?

We sprayed it with a little cooking spray first but it is kind of sponge like - not sure if it would stick or not (really, since I’d probably lick it out anyway it doesn’t matter at our house!!!). Our chocolate doesn’t have to be pretty…just dark and plentiful! 
We used Longaberger size mugs - they’re pretty normal but it is nice, heavy ceramic.
